Character and Animation - Birdbot and Friends
This small animation was another collaborative effort, with Group 2 split into 2 teams to create separate animations. It started with a consequences drawing exercise, with each member of team drawing a piece of body and passing on the paper another, with only the continuation lines visible.
This made the final creatures designed utterly random and when we saw them finished they were unbelievably strange but somehow they worked. We then chose a single creature and proceeded to morph a simple shape into it, then bring it to life by making our creature move. The video below shows just that.

Character and Animation - Face Morphs
This is the video from my first character and animation class. Its a morph between different faces of those in group 2. The drawing itself had an annoying tinge by the time I hit 6-7 frames done, but was incredibly worth it to see the finished animation in the end.
